Spanakopita

Ingredients:
1 Box Phyllo Dough
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1 pound Fresh Spinach (wash and remove long stem then chopped)
1/2 pound Feta Cheese (equivalent of approx 2 cups of crumbled)
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Grated Nutmeg

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in small bowl. Meanwhile, put chopped Spinach and crumbled Feta with nutmeg in large bowl and mix well.

Carefully, handle the 4 phyllo dough sheets on a sheet pan or a floured counter top. Starting with one sheet at a time, brush melted butter onto sheet. Cut the full sheet into half. Dish out the spinach-feta mix on the upper corner of the sheet.

Fold it with triangle process like you would with a Flag. Seal with butter. Repeat process until you run out of the spinach-feta mix. Put into the oven and cook for 15 min or it becomes golden brown. Remove, and serve!
