Habitat for Humanity - Gallaudet

President Alan Hurwitz, First Lady Vicki Hurwitz, and eight Gallaudet students volunteered to work for the annual Habitat for Humanity Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project 2010 in Washington, D.C. The volunteers joined the Carters in Ivy City, a neighborhood close to the Gallaudet campus. Six homes were to be built and six additional homes rehabilitated.

Why is this presentation not captioned? I understand they signing. I could not understand whatever the hearing people said. I could not lip read former President Jimmy Carter because of the microphone was in the way. My guess is this presentation was done by hearing individuals and released before being reviewed by Deaf individuals.
