INGREDIENTS:
Sourdough bread (or any other bread of your preference)
Sliced ham
Sliced Honey Crisp Apple
Swiss Cheese (or any cheese of your preference)
Spinach leaves
Dijon Mustard
Pesto spread (for sandwich #1)
Mango Chutney (for sandwich #2)
Earth Balance Soy Butter
Season with sea salt and ground pepper for taste, if needed.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread Pesto "or" Mango Chutney on one side of bread
On the second side of bread, please spread on some dijon mustard.
Place some sliced apple on one side then lay down the spinach leaves on other side.
Top either one of these side with sliced ham and cheese
Fold the bread altogether
Butter the top and bottom bread then place them in hot panini machine (George Foreman Grill, panini equipment, or any other methods are good).
Cook until surface of bread turns golden brown
Take the sandwich out of equipment and slice them in half.
Serve immediately.
