4 chicken breast
season with sea salt and pepper
4 swiss cheese
a can of low sodium cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup of water
2 cups of bread crumbs by Pepperridge Farm
1/4 cup of melt butter, I'd recommend Earth Balance butter.
Lay the chicken breast in casserole pan. Season with sea salt and ground pepper. Lay a swiss cheese on each chicken. Mix cream of chicken with water then pour around the chicken. Sprinkle bread crumb evenly on the chicken. Sprinkle melt butter on top of bread crumb then bake.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degree
