Kurt "the IRISH chef" shares one of his popular dishes with you all! Below is the recipe:

Baconator

3 pounds 80/20 Ground Beef
2 pounds of thin sliced Bacon
3 pounds of thick sliced Bacon
3 C cubed Provolone
12 ounces of Tomato Paste
4 Large Brown Eggs
1 medium to large Yellow Onions (chopped)
3 T Italian Seasoning
2 T Minced Garlic
2 t Sea Salt
2 t grounded black pepper
1 bottle of BBQ sauce

Direction:
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Put thin bacon slices into oven for 8-12 min or till strips become crispy brown. Pull out and pat the cooked bacon with a paper towel. Use a large bowl and mix the ground beef with provolone, paste, eggs, onions, and seasoned well. Spread the mix on sheet pan flat and put cooked bacon in middle and make a football shape or roll it. Weave the thick sliced bacon together and roll the top upon ground beef on sheet pan. Bake for one hour then again for 15 minutes, baste with BBQ sauce and back to oven and turn off then oven and let it sit inside for 15-30 min. Cut it into slices and serve!!!
