5 lb. chicken wings
1 gallon frying oil (recommend Pomace Olive oil or Olive Oil, not Extra Virgin Olive oil)
5 C Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 pound Unsalted Butter
Pre-heat the oven at 350 degree. Thaw the frozen chicken wings according to label instruction. Boil the frying oil to 350 degree. Frying the chicken wings till browned 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the wings out of oil. Put hot sauce and butter in pot and turn medium heat to melt the butter with hot sauce. Toss the hot sauce mix with chicken wings in baking dish and bake for 30 min.
